Replace all insulation material.

-

Check seals.

-

Install the evaporator.

-

Install the expansion valve, according to  Expansion valve See: Expansion Valve.

-

Install the temperature sensor (carefully press in the clips in the laminate).

-

Assemble the parts with clips and screw.

-

Install foam seal.

-

Carefully slide in the power unit in its place and check that the seals are installed correctly.

Tightening torque: 25 Nm.

-

Plug in the connectors.

-

Oil in the new O-rings with AC compressor oil, install the new O-rings.

-

Install the hoses.

Tightening torque: Narrow and thick pipe: 10 Nm.

Install intermediate part, according to  Power unit blower fan See: Blower Motor/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Power Unit
Blower Fan.

-

Install instrument panel, according to  Installing the dashboard See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument
Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installing The Dashboard.

Filling with refrigerant

-

Vacuum pump,.

-

Fill the system with refrigerant, according to  Filling with refrigerant See: Service and Repair/Filling With Refrigerant.

-

Fill the system with fluorescent tracer, according to  Filling with fluorescent tracing agent and refrigerant See: Service and Repair/Filling With
Fluorescent Tracing Agent And Refrigerant.

-

Check for leaks, according to  Leak tracing, electronic leak tracer See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Leak
Tracing, Electronic Leak Tracer  or  Leak tracing using fluorescent tracing agent and an UV lamp See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests
and General Diagnostics/Leak Tracing Using Fluorescent Tracing Agent And A UV Lamp.
