Disconnect the connections and seal the openings.
Clean all contact surfaces.

Removing The Hose/pipe Between The Compressor And Evaporator
NOTE: Hold the pipe in place with your hand when removing and tightening to avoid damaging couplings and pipes.
Disconnect the connections and seal the openings.
Clean all contact surfaces.
Remove the pipe clips.
Fitting The Hose/pipe Between The Compressor And Evaporator
NOTE: Always use new O-rings.
Fit:
-
the pipe clips
-
the O-rings
Oil O-rings with AC compressor oil
Remove the seals.
Connect the pipe and tighten the bolts by hand.
Tighten:
-
the bolt at the compressor to 22 Nm.
-
the bolt at the evaporator to 10 Nm.
