NOTE: Hold the pipe in place with your hand when removing and tightening to avoid damaging couplings and pipes.
Remove:
-
the bolts on the mountings
-
the hose carefully
-
the pipe clip.
Fitting The Hose Between The Compressor And Condenser
NOTE: Always use new O-rings.
Fit:
-
the pipe clip
-
the hose
-
the O-rings
Oil O-rings with AC compressor oil
Connect the pipe and tighten the bolts by hand.
Tighten:
-
the bolt at the compressor to 22 Nm.
-
the bolt at the condenser to 25 Nm.
Filling Refrigerant
-
Vacuum pump the system.
-
Fill the system with refrigerant.
-
Fill the system with fluorescent dye.
-
Search for leaks.
