Hose/pipe between compressor and evaporator
Removing the hose/pipe between the compressor and evaporator
Note! Hold the pipe in place by hand when undoing and tightening in order to avoid damaging the couplings and pipes.
Disconnect the connections and seal the openings.
Clean all contact surfaces.
Detach the pipe clips.
Fitting the hose/pipe between the compressor and evaporator
Note! Always use new O-rings.
Fit:

the pipe clips
-
the O-rings.
Oil the O-rings with AC compressor oil.
Remove the seals.
Connect the pipe and tighten the bolts by hand.
Tighten:

the bolt by the compressor to 22 Nm.
-
the bolt by the evaporator to 10 Nm.
