Remove:
-
the screws on the mounting
-
the hose carefully
-
the pipe clip.
Fitting the hose between the compressor and the condenser
Note! Always use new O-rings.
Fit:
-
the pipe clip
-
the hose
-
the O-rings.
Oil the O-rings with AC compressor oil.
Connect the pipe and tighten the bolts by hand.
Tighten:
-
the bolt by the compressor to 22 Nm.
-
the bolt by the condenser to 25 Nm.
Filling coolant
Vacuum pump system as per.
Fill the system with coolant as per Filling with refrigerant See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and Repair/Filling With Refrigerant.
Fill the system with fluorescent dye as per Filling with fluorescent tracing agent and refrigerant See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and
Repair/Filling With Fluorescent Tracing Agent And Refrigerant.
Search for leaks as directed in Leak tracing, electronic leak tracer See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and
General Diagnostics/Leak Tracing, Electronic Leak Tracer or Leak tracing, fluorescent tracing agent / UV lamp See: Heating and Air
Conditioning/Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Leak Tracing Using Fluorescent Tracing Agent And A UV Lamp.
