Note! Clean the area around the variable valve timing (VVT) valve thoroughly to avoid contaminated oil entering the ducts / the variable valve
timing (VVT) valve.
Install the valve housing assembly
Install:
-
a new gasket
-
the valve
-
the screws. Tighten to 10 Nm
-
the connector
-
the upper timing cover.
