Install the steering wheel lock and bearing in the steering column.
Tighten the two new break pins until the steering wheel lock is correctly positioned.
Install the cylinder according to Installing the lock cylinder.
Check the function.
Tighten the pins until the heads break off.
Install the steering column according to Steering column, replacing See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service and Repair/Removal
and Replacement.
Install the battery lead.
