V40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2002)
Route the return hose forward to the fluid reservoir. Ensure that the hose is not subjected to tension loading and does not rub. Secure a new hose
clamp on the hose.
Connect the return line to the fluid reservoir and move the new hose clamp into position and secure it.
Position the fluid reservoir. Tighten to 10 Nm.
Position the hoses in their respective hose mountings.
Reinstalling the air intake hose, air cleaner (ACL) housing and fusebox (turbocharged gasoline engines)
Connect the air intake hose.
Reinstall the air cleaner (ACL) housing assembly.
Position the fusebox. Tighten to 10 Nm.
Reinstalling components
B4184SM/SJ: Reinstall the air intake hose.
DIESEL and B41 84SM/SJ: Position the fusebox.
Tighten to 10 Nm.
Does not apply to B41 84SM/SJ: Reinstall the heat deflector plate on the cowl panel. Tighten the screws. Tighten to 10 Nm.
Gasoline engines: Reinstall the preheating hose.
