V40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2002)
Install the pipe clamp (A) using the screw.
Tighten the nut for the pipe connection on the steering gear housing. Tighten to 15 Nm.
Tighten the pipe clamps: M6 10 Nm, M8 20Nm.
Secure the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) cable harness to the pipe clamp (B), if applicable, (does not apply to B4184SM/SJ).
Reinstalling components (does not apply to B4184SM/SJ)
Press the heat deflector plate into place using the clamps over the steering gear housing. Tighten the screw. Tighten to 10 Nm.
Does not apply to turbocharged gasoline engines:
Reinstall the heat deflector plate for the exhaust manifold.
Reinstall the heat deflector plate on the cowl panel. Tighten the screws. Tighten to 10 Nm.
