Remove:

-

the nut for the shock absorber

-

the ring

-

the upper spring cap

-

the rubber

-

the spring

-

the shock absorber

-

the rubber stop

-

the dust boot.

Hint: Note the position of the components. This will make installation easier.

Check all components for wear and damage.

Installing the spring

Remove the spring

-

Remove the spring. Note the location

-

Install the hooks on the tool over the 7 spirals on the new spring (6 spirals for Nivomat)

-

Tension the spring so that the shock absorber mounting can be installed again.

Note! The color code on the spring must be downwards towards the spring strut.
