V40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2002)
Remove any dirt from the sensor seat so that the sensor is in the correct position in relation to the pulse wheel.
Use compressed air to blow off any dirt on the pulse wheel.
Lightly lubricate the sensor and install it.
Tighten to 25 Nm.
Install the wheel
Ensure that the brake disc and wheel rim mating surfaces are clean.
Lubricate the hub guide for the rims using installation paste, P/N 1161397.
Install the wheel. Hand tighten the nuts.
Tighten crosswise. Tighten to 110 Nm.
When tightening using a pneumatic impact wrench, only use torque socket 951 2834 Torque socket 21mm S/V40 See: Tools and Equipment/951 2834
Torque Socket 21mm. Post tighten the nuts using the hand tool.
Note! The correct tightening torques and crosswise tightening are important to avoid stresses in the brake disc.
Tighten the new nut for the drive shaft. Tighten to 120 Nm + 60 °.
Install the hub cap.
