Caution! Move the gear selector to position L to prevent damage when removing / installing the micro-switch.Turn the ignition key to position
I. Depress the SHIFTLOCK OVERRIDE button to move the gear selector lever.

Press the micro-switch into place on the gear selector

Install the micro-switch. Secure the micro-switch using the clamp

-

Connect the connector. Secure the connector on the gear selector

Install the center console according to  Rear center console See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal
and Replacement/Rear Center Console.

Checking the shift lock function

Checking diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)

Check and erase any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
