Note! Do not touch the terminal pins on the control module with fingers. Static electricity may damage components in the control module.

Remove:

-

the center console according to  Rear center console See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Rear Center Console 

-

the four screws (A) for the control module bracket

-

take out the control module

-

disconnect the control module connector (B)

-

the control module.

Note! Always check that the control module and cable harness connector pins and sockets are undamaged and that these have not been pressed
out of their locking positions. Damaged or loose pins or sockets may cause a fault.
