Install:

the 3 x M6 screws for the lock mechanism. Tighten. See: Tightening torque See: Specifications

the latch

-

the boot for the latch

-

the outer door handle. See  Outer handle, rear door See: Rear Door Handle/Rear Door Exterior Handle/Service and Repair.

Remove the tape and install the window. See: Rear side window See: Rear Door Window Glass/Service and Repair.
Close the window.
Check the function of the lock.
