Remove the 8 M8 screws for the front cover plate. Remove the front cover plate.

Installation

Note! For tightening torques, see: See: Specifications

Installing the front section

Install:

-

the front cover plate using 8 M8 screws

-

the cable harness and the radiator hoses

-

the servo oil container

-

the radiator mounting

-

the hood catch

-

the hood catch cable.

Check that hood catch opens and closes.

Install:

-

the 2 collision sensors

-

the air baffles

-

the cover plate

-

the 2 washer jets.

Align the front fenders. Screw the front fenders into place.

Install:

-

the headlamps

-
