Remove the foam and the upholstery from the frame.
Separate the upholstery from the foam by releasing the 13 clips.

HINT:  Use a weatherstrip tool to undo the clips. It is also possible to thread the upholstery out through some of the clips.

Installation

Installing the backrest cushion upholstery (40%)

Install:

-

the upholstery on the foam by pressing the 10 clips into place

-

the upholstery and the foam on the frame

-

the upholstery on the reverse of the backrest cushion

-

the 2 clips on the reverse of the backrest cushion

-

the upholstery on the front of the backrest cushion by pressing the Velcro seams into place.

Press the head restraint mountings into place. Pull the mountings straight up to ensure that none are loose.

Install:

-

the screw for the folding handle cover. Tighten

-

the head restraint.

Installing the backrest cushion upholstery (60%)

Install:

-

the upholstery on the foam by pressing the 13 clips into place

-

the upholstery and the foam on the frame

-

the upholstery on the reverse of the backrest cushion

-

the 2 clips on the reverse of the backrest cushion

-

the upholstery on the front of the backrest cushion by pressing the Velcro seams into place.

Press the head restraint mountings into place. Pull the mountings straight up to ensure that none are loose.

Install:

-

the screw for the folding handle cover. Tighten

-

the booster cushion

-

the center armrest. See: Center arm rest rear seat
