Place the fan motor in the correct position for installation. Use: 999 7115 Counterhold See: Tools and Equipment/999 7115 Counterhold.

Note! Turn the fan motor to the position for installation.

Insert the fan motor from the driver's side. Turn clockwise to the limit position.
Connect the connector.

Install:

-

the cover for the air distribution damper using the 3 screws. Tighten

-

the damper motor module (DMM) recirculation. See: Actuator recirculation See: Air Door/Air Door Actuator / Motor/Service and Repair/Actuator
Recirculation 

-

the connector for the damper motor module (DMM) recirculation

-

the air quality sensor (AQS).

Finishing

Testing the fan motor

Test the operation of the fan motor.
Install the dashboard.  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Dashboard
