V50 L5-2.4L VIN 38 B5244S4 (2006)
Remove:
-
the screws for the intake manifold and the resonator in the front cover plate
-
the intake manifold together with the resonator for the air cleaner (ACL) module (1)
-
the hose for the mass air flow (MAF) sensor (2)
-
the brake vacuum hose from the air cleaner (ACL) module. Disconnect the connector for the mass air flow (MAF) sensor.
Cut the tie straps for the air cleaner (ACL) module cable harness. Release the air cleaner (ACL) module from the rubber mountings by lifting it straight
up. Then pull the module towards the left front fender. Lift out the module.
Installation
Installing the air cleaner (ACL) module
