AFFECTED VEHICLES:

DESCRIPTION: A metallic ticking or knocking noise can be heard from the rear suspension when driving on rough roads.

Note:

AWD vehicles are not affected!

SERVICE:

If the noise appears coming from the support plate, first check that the nuts for the rear shock absorbers are tightened. See VIDA for torque specification.

If the torque is OK, replace the support plate.
