Installation

Installing the thermostat housing

Clean the gasket surface for the thermostat housing against the engine block.

Install:

-

new gasket

-

thermostat housing

-

screws and tighten

-

inlet and outlet hoses. Tighten the hose clamps. Plug in the connector for the temperature sensor.

Installing components

Install the air filter module according to  Air filter module See: Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and
Repair.

Check

Fill with coolant.  Refer to: See: Service and Repair

Test-run the engine and check for any leaks.
