Breakout box to the adapter. Multimedia module (MMM) terminals #A1-#A5 correspond to terminals #21 - #25 on the breakout box.
The breakout box is designed to facilitate reading off the control module input and output signals when the control module is connected and cable and
component resistance when the control module is disconnected. The use of a breakout box reduces the risk of accidental short-circuited cables and
damage to the connector pins.

Disconnecting breakout box

In reverse order.

Note! Before the control module can be checked and readings taken, the removed fuses must first be installed.

Connecting the breakout box

Ignition off

Remove the fuse.

Remove the infotainment control module (ICM).

Unplug the control module connector.

to the adapter.
Alternatively, breakout box981 3190 Replaced by 9511428 See: Tools and Equipment/981 3190 Replaced by 9511428  could be connected to the
adapter.
Disconnect the breakout box in reverse order.
