Mark out 30 mm (1 3/16") on the right-hand side of the hole markings in the foam.

Drill 25 mm (1") deep into the foam at the four markings. Use a -40 mm (1 9/16") diameter hole drill bit. Break off the foam pieces.

Note! Cut-outs are not required for both outer sensors.

Note! On certain markets a plastic holder is available instead of the foam member. Make cut-outs for the two inner sensors in the same way as
in the foam member.

Installing the sensor holders, sensors and cable harness

Take the reverse warning sensors and holders from the kit

Clean the sensors and holders using a clean cloth. Allow to dry

Apply a thin layer of activator, P/N 8037076, over the sensors and the holders.

Note! Only paint the parts that are visible after installation.

Position the sensors so that you can paint the sensor surface and so that they do not tip over.
