Lateral Link, Replacing

Lateral link, replacing

Preparatory work 

Remove: 

-

the spring.

-

the rear wheel hub.

Removal 
Removing the air baffle 
Remove: 

-

the 2 plastic nuts (1)

-

the 1 screw (2)

-

the air baffle.

Note:  The illustration displays the left-hand side. When replacing the lateral link on the right-hand side, the same procedure applies with the
right-hand air baffle.

Removing the shock absorber  
Remove: 

-

the screw 

-

the shock absorber from the lateral link.

Removing the upper control arm and tie rod
