Pre-drill the holes using a -3 mm (1/8") bit, in the drill marking centres on the inside of the bumper cover.

Drill out the holes from the inside using a -8 mm (5/16") bit.

Turn the bumper cover and drill out the holes from the outside using a -27.5 mm special bit, P/N 9997114.

File out the small recesses without damaging the paint.
Note! Do not file more than necessary, as the edges of the holes can otherwise be visible outside the covering edge on the sensor holders.

File clean the edges after drilling if necessary. The hole may need adjustment with a file so that the sensor holder makes a good connection to the
bumper cover.

Wash out the bumper cover. Use a mild soap solution.

Take the sensors and associated holders from the kit.

Clean the sensors and holders with a wet cloth, P/N 9192678, and leave to dry.

Apply activator, P/N 8637076, in a thin layer over the sensors.
Note! Only paint the parts that are visible after installation.
