SERVICE (S40, V50 MY04-06 ONLY):
Fault trace network faults and DTCs according to VIDA. If low speed CAN faults/DTCs or other door related symptoms are still occurring, take
the following steps:
1.
For low speed CAN faults, a short circuit in the door harness can be isolated by disconnecting the harness at the door connectors 64/41 or 64/43.
2.
To inspect the door harness for damage, the front loudspeaker can be removed. The procedure can be found in VIDA: Information > Repair>

Replace the damaged door harness. Information about access to the door harness can be found in VIDA: Information > Repair> Removal,
