Remove:

The four clips (1)

-

The cable harness (2)

-

The frame from the rubber grommet (3) Remove the rubber grommet in the door and remove the cable harness.

Installing the new cable harness

Install the rubber grommet from inside the door and install the frame on the rubber grommet. Route the new cable harness in the same way as the old
one.

Install:

-

The four clips.

-

The three cable harnesses.

-

The cable tie.

-

The plastic conduits.

-

The loudspeaker with blind rivet, 3 pcs.

Installing front door

Carefully lift the door into place.

Caution!

Get help from a co-worker to prevent damage to the vehicle.

Install:

-

The three screws. Tighten to 18 lb ft (24 Nm).
