Knock Sensor: Service and Repair

Knock sensor (KS)

Preparatory work

Removing components

Remove the air cleaner (ACL) module. See:  Air filter module See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair  Air filter
module See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair.

Removal

Removing the knock sensor (KS)

Remove:

-

the screws for the knock sensor (KS)

-

knock sensor (KS). Disconnect the knock sensor (KS) connector.

Installation
