Lift up the tunnel console and pull it backwards.

Unplug the big grey connectors at the leading edge from each other.

Lift out the centre console.
Steps 23-24 apply to both the C30, S40 and V50

Unplug the connector of the 12V socket.

Carefully bend loose the tunnel console's rear panel using a weatherstrip tool.
