Remove:

-

the pipes, 2 pcs. with quick-couplings (1)

-

the clamp with the hose (2).

Remove any auxiliary/extra cable harnesses from their holders on the sub-frame.

Removing the sub-frame, continued

Note! Make sure that no cables/hoses are trapped when lowering the subframe.

Lower the sub-frame.

Transferring components

Remove:

-

the screws that hold the carbon filter holder on the rear sub-frame, 4 pcs. M6

-

the bracket with carbon filter holder.

Only applies to vehicles with Bi-Xenon lights.

Remove the rear position sensor according to: Position sensor rear, headlamp See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Headlamp Alignment Sensor/Service
and Repair/Position Sensor Rear, Headlamp.
Applies to all vehicles.

Remove the drive shafts on both sides according to: Rear drive axle See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints/Axle Shaft
Assembly/Service and Repair/Rear Drive Axle.
