Radiator Support: Service and Repair

Front end

Removal

Removing the front section

Remove:

-

the headlamps

-

the bumper.   See: Bumper/Front Bumper/Front Bumper Cover / Fascia/Service and Repair 

-

the washer jets on the left and right-hand sides

-

the cover plate

-

the air baffles

-

the hood catch cable

-

the hood catch

-

the radiator mounting

-

the servo oil container.

Disconnect:

-

the 2 collision sensors

-

the cable harness and the radiator hoses from the front cover plate.

Remove:

-

the front edge of the fender

-

the 3 screws at the top edge of the fender

-

the fender and the 5 M6 screws.

Pull out the front edge of the fender slightly to access the screws. See the illustration.
