Installation

Installing the thermostat housing

Clean the gasket surface for the thermostat housing against the engine block.

Install:

-

new gasket

-

thermostat housing

-

the screws. Tighten

-

the inlet and outlet hoses. Tighten the hose clamps. Plug in the connector for the temperature sensor.

Check

Fill with coolant.  Refer to: See: Service and Repair

Test-run the engine and check for any leaks.
