Oil Cooler: Service and Repair

Removal

Removing the oil cooler

Raise the vehicle.

Remove:

-

the lower splash guard. Clamp both the oil cooler coolant hoses together using lock grip pliers

-

the coolant hoses from the oil cooler
Note! Collect the oil and the coolant that drains from the oil cooling system.

the oil cooler mounting screws. Lift down the oil cooler.
