Caution! Ensure that the camshaft pulley is still positioned according to the marking on the upper timing belt cover. If not, repeat the
procedure until the markings correspond.

Tighten the center screw in the timing belt tensioner. Tighten to 5 Nm in the 10 o'clock position.

Install the belt in the following order:

-

the crankshaft

-

the idler pulley

-

the intake camshaft pulley

-

the exhaust camshaft pulley

-

the water pump

-

the tension pulley.
