Remove:

the panel. See: Floor console See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Floor Console

the 4 screws.
Unclip the gear selector lever boot.
Lift the center console up / out.
Removing the climate control module (CCM)
Remove:

the 8 screws.
