Remove the screw for the steering wheel - steering column (2), 1 pc.
Pull the steering wheel straight back.

Installing the steering wheel

Note! For tightening torques, see Specifications. See: Specifications

Install:

the steering wheel

the screw for the steering wheel - steering column. Use a new screw. Tighten according to: Tightening torque See: Specifications.

Remove the screw that locks the contact reel. Reinstall it in the hole in the bottom right-hand side of the steering wheel.

Finishing

Install the driver's airbag module. See: Driver's airbag See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Air Bag/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Driver's Airbag.
