Preparatory work
Removing the propeller shaft
Remove the propeller shaft from the flange.
Removal
Removing the flange
Remove the nut for the flange. Use 999 5652 together with 999 7058. Mark the flange in relation to the end of the shaft. Position a container
underneath the Active On Demand Coupling. Remove the flange. If the flange is stuck to the shaft use: 999 5893
Check that the flange mating surface is free of defects. If not, replace the flange.
