the sealing ring from the drive shaft.

Remove 

-

the nut on the ball joint. Use a Torx wrench as a counterhold so that the boot is not damaged

-

wheel spindle.

Installing the wheel spindle 
Install 

-

the wheel spindle on the trailing arm

-

a new nut on the ball joint. Tighten. Use a Torx wrench as a counterhold to prevent damage to the boot.

Note:  Make sure that the mating surfaces on the ball joint and link are clean.

Installing the sealing ring 

-

Note:  Check that the sealing ring is not worn or damaged. Replace if necessary. Ensure that the sealing ring is correctly positioned on the drive
