Remove the clip (1) in the insulation panel and fold the panel aside, so that the DVD drive is uncovered.
Applies to cars up to and including model year -2004 (V70 CH -458999, XC70 CH -172999)

Remove the clips (1) in the insulation cover to the DVD drive and remove it.

Take the cable harness for power supply from the kit. Connect the ground lead to the rear ground terminal (1) under the seat cushion. Tighten to 10
Nm (7 lbf.ft.).

Route the power supply cable on the right-hand side of the air duct (2), under its cables, up along the top of the wheel arch and to the left-hand
side of the cargo floor support and position the red/white (R/W) single cables and the two green connectors by the rear fuse holder.
