Remove the power steering pump refer to Replacing The Power Steering Pump.

Secure the power steering pump in a vise.

Remove the pulley. Use puller 999 5737.
Installing pulley, alternative 1
Install the pulley. Lubricate the pump shaft with oil
Use press tool 999 5738.
