Pre-drill the holes in the centres of the markings using a -3 mm (1/8") diameter drill bit.

Drill out the holes using a -8.5 mm (21/64") diameter drill bit.

Open the drilled holes in the bumper cover using a -31 mm (17/32") diameter hole punching tool (P/N 9814069).
Note! The illustration shows the right-hand side. The corresponding work is also carried out on the left-hand side.

Assemble the inner plastic with the foam.

Measure out and make markings for the holes in the inner plastic as illustrated.
