Removal

Removing the electric motor for the backrest cushion

Remove the front seat. See: Front seat, replacing See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Seat/Front Seat, Driver's Seat/Front Seat,
Replacing.
Detach and pull up the upholstery. See: Upholstery back rest, replacing See: Seat Cover/Service and Repair/Front Seat/Upholstery Back Rest, Replacing.

Remove the black protective pad from the reverse of the backrest cushion. It is secured by 4 clips.
