V70 2.5T L5-2.5L Turbo VIN 59 B5254T2 (2006)
Note: Check that the sealing ring is not worn or damaged. Replace if necessary. Ensure that the sealing ring is correctly positioned on the drive shaft.
Clean the splines on the drive shaft.
Turn in the wheel spindle and locate the drive shaft in the hub.
Install drive shaft screw and finger-tighten. Lubricate the screw.

Loosely install both the screws retaining the spring strut in the wheel spindle. Use new screws and nuts

the tie rod end onto the wheel spindle. Use a new nut. Tighten to 70 Nm.
Install

Adjust the position of the wheel spindle and spring strut. Tighten the wheel spindle to the spring strut. Tighten to 105 Nm. Angle tighten to 90°.
Use bevel protractor 951 2050

the anti-roll bar link to the spring strut. Use a new nut. Tighten to 50 Nm. Counterhold with a Torx wrench so that the boot is not damaged

the ABS sensor cable

ABS sensor onto the wheel spindle. Tighten the ABS sensor. Tighten to 10 Nm.
