Volvo Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

Remove the camshaft locking tool (999 5452) from the rear edge of the camshafts.
Remove crankshaft locking tool 999 5451 (Install plug).
Install timing cover.
Turn the crankshaft two revolutions and check that the markings correspond.

Install

front timing cover

-

expansion tank

-

two fuel lines clamps

Install 

-

Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor housing with damper

-

rotor and distributor cover

-

Air Cleaner (ACL) housing, with hoses

-

spark plugs cover

-

starter motor

-

engine Cooling Fan (FC)

-

fender liner and wheel

Test function 

Test run engine.
