Replacement Refrigerant Pipe/Hose or Expansion Valve

TTTM1 Before starting work on refrigerant circuits

NOTE!  At the Receiver/Drier always install new O rings in pipes and quick-release connectors. Always plug pipes and couplings when working on the
climate control system system.  

NOTE!  Read the section on oil in the system according to BG. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and Repair

Replacing refrigerant pipe/hose; compressor - condenser

TTTM2 Removing refrigerant pipe/hose; compressor - condenser

-

First read TTTM1. 

-

Drain system of refrigerant according to BD. (See above) 

-

Raise car.

-

Remove air baffle.

-

Detach pipe/hose from condenser.

-

Detach pipe/hose from compressor.

TTTM3 Installation of refrigerant pipe/hose; compressor condenser

In reverse order.
Tightening torque 25 ± 6 Nm (19 ± 4 ft.lb).

Replacing refrigerant pipe/hose; condenser - member
