NOTE:  The throttle position sensor is not adjustable.

Install a new gasket on the throttle body.

Installing Throttle Body

-

Install the new throttle body on the intake manifold. Tightening torque 7 Nm.

Connect connector to throttle position sensor.

Checking Link

-

Undo link locknut.

-

Pull back link as far as possible, release one end and check that the link springs back easily to innermost position.

Installing Link

-

Locate link.

-

Check that the throttle spindle is in contact with the adjustment screw and that the throttle pulley is in contact with the idling stop.

-

Tighten link locknut

-

Open and close throttle, check that the throttle spindle is in contact with the adjustment screw when the throttle is closed.
