CDC6. Final check
WARNING! Make sure that nobody is inside the car when connecting the battery.
After installing all the parts, do the following:
Turn the ignition key to position II
Connect the battery negative lead.
NOTE: Check that the SRS warning lamp is not broken by turning the ignition key to position II. The SRS warning lamp should come on and
then go off after approximately 3 seconds.
Check that the SRS warning lamp in the combination instrument does not remain on. If the lamp remains on, use Volvo Aftersales Diagnostic and
Information System (VADIS) and symptom entry or Volvo System Tester (VST) to find the diagnostic trouble codes.
