Check that brake disc and rim contact surfaces are clean

Grease hub center guide for rim with anti-rust agent 1161038-3.

Install wheel.

Install bolts hand tight. Then tighten them in star pattern to 110 Nm (80 ft.lb). If tightening with nut runner, use torque socket 1158147.
NOTE:
Tightening bolts in star pattern to specific torque settings is important to prevent stresses in the brake disc.

Operational checks

Read off any DTCs posted in control module and erase them.

Quit DTM by switching off ignition.

Test-drive car and check that ABS warning indicator goes out.

Read off DTCs and check that DTC 1-1-1 appears.

Quit DTM by switching off ignition.
