When replacing the heated O2sensor adapter wiring (A), which is included in the kit, should be installed between the existing cable harness and the
heated 02 sensor.

Form the adapter wiring (A) into a loop. Install a tie strap as illustrated.

Note! Ensure that the ends (B) of the adapter wiring protective sheath point downwards so that moisture does not gather in the protective sheath.

This illustration displays a late version of the heated 02 sensor cable bracket. (Early type bracket is shown in the next step.)

On AWD cars the cable for the front heated 02 sensor should be routed over the fresh air intake hose.
