Output Shaft: Service and Repair

NOTE:  To remove drive shaft, refer to Replacing Bevel Gear  See: Transfer Case/Service and Repair

NOTE:  Special tools: 999 5010, 999 5069, 999 5654, 999 5656, 999 5657

Removing coupling sleeve 

-

Remove circlip In coupling sleeve. Remove sleeve Use drift 999 5656 and puller 999 5089.

NOTE: Ensure that the puller arms engage correctly in the groove in the sleeve.
