Brake disc, replacing

Removal

Preparatory work

Note! The brake calipers are painted. Be careful when working with the brakes.

Rear brake only

Remove the panel covering the parking brake lever. See Replacing the parking brake lever See: Parking Brake System/Parking Brake Lever/Service and
Repair/Replacing the Parking Brake Lever.
Release the handbrake adjuster. See Handbrake, brake shoes, replacing See: Parking Brake System/Parking Brake Shoe/Service and Repair.

Removing the brake caliper

Remove:

-

the wheel

-

both screws holding the brake caliper.

Hang up the brake caliper using a piece of wire.
